Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

BEDROCK ships from our fulfillment center in the United States. We process orders Monday through Saturday. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on Sundays ship the next business day.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States)

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days. Free on all orders.
Express Shipping: 1-3 business days. $9.99.

All domestic orders include tracking. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Most customers receive their order within 4 days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and select European countries.

International Standard: 7-14 business days. $12.99.
International Express: 5-8 business days. $24.99.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping price. BEDROCK has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

ORDER TRACKING

Every order receives a tracking number sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you have not received your tracking email within 24 hours of placing your order, check your spam folder first, then contact us at support@getbedrock.com.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will either reship your order at no cost or issue a full refund. If your order arrives damaged, send a photo to support@getbedrock.com and we will send a replacement immediately. No return needed.

WRONG ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you realize the address is incorrect, contact us within 2 hours of placing the order and we will update it before it ships. Once a package has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will reship it at no additional cost, but delivery will be delayed.

P.O. BOXES

We ship to P.O. boxes via USPS. Express shipping is not available for P.O. box addresses.

MILITARY ADDRESSES (APO/FPO/DPO)

We proudly ship to all military addresses. Standard shipping times may vary between 7-14 business days for military locations. Free shipping applies.
